- 3-5 years of experience in leading development teams working on scalable technology
- Hands on knowledge of scalable systems, architecture and processes
- Well-conversant with multiple technologies like Java, .NET, PHP, Scripting, Linux, MySql, Apache
- Software Development Engineer / Lead - Backend
- Top-notch educational pedigree with outstanding results
- Well conversant with PHP, CSS, Javascript
- Experience of scalable websites on LAMP stack
- Knowledge of Magento, Wordpress, Facebook Query Language, OpenSocial etc. is a nice to have
- Software Development Engineer / Lead - Test
- Top-notch educational pedigree with outstanding results
- Experience of automated testing, including Unit Tests, Simulations, Automated Build and Test processes
- Ability to lead a team of Test Engineers
